With the procession back in the Basilica, the faithful attended Celebration of the Eucharist. Archpriest Mgr Carmelo Refalo was the main celebrant. Co celebrating were Mgr Carmelo Hili, Canons Anthony Refalo, John Bartolo, George Farrugia, Julian Refalo Rapa and John Sultana, and the Reverend Fathers Saviour Sultana, Daniel Xerri and Joseph Bajada. Animating Mass was Mr Louis Bajada while the Voci Angeliche Choir of the Parish under the direction of Mrs Grace Vella and accompanied on the organ by Seminarian Mario Curmi animated the singing.
