The photos appearing here areonly a few of a greater number of cribs in private homes several of which are accessible to the public warmly welcomed to view them. Different media, mainly paper mache andjablo and chalk,was used in their building. The product was one of the highest artistic qualityand received favourable comments from visitors. However,the ones made of stone found in caves around Xaghra, kept the traditional build of the Xaghra Crib alive and visitors were impressed with them.The photos appear in alphabetical order of the owners.
