The first day of the year brings with it the last day of three days of 40 hours of Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, known as the Kwaranturi. Archpriest Mgr. Carmelo Refalo led six members of the Collegiate Chapter for celebration of the Holy Eucharist. Accompanying them were Fr Joseph Said serving in Rome andFr George Zammit Ofm. Conv. who delivered the sermons during the three days of Kwaranturi.Mark Bonello assisted at Mass in his capacity as Deacon. The Choir Voci Angeliche, under the direction of Ms Grace Vella and accompanied on the organ by Fr. Michael Curmi animated the singing. Mr Joseph Refalo animated Mass. After Mass the Blessed Sacrament was taken in procession (seenext appropriate event).
