The Parish Second Pilgrimage in Lent held on Friday 23 March was preceded by Celebration of the Holy Eucharist in the Church of Jesus of Nazareth. The Church Rector, Can. Anthony Refalo Rapa celebrated with Mgr George Farrugia and Fr Saviour Sultana co-celebrants. Altar boys from the Parish assisted at Mass. Mrs Victoria Xerri animated Mass and read the Lessons while Mgr Farrugia read the Gospel. The celebrant delivered the homily to the congregation packing the Church. The Parish Altar Boys read the prayers of the faithful. The Guitar Group of Nazzarenu Church animated the singing. After Mass, the statue of Jesus fallen under the Cross, which had been for veneration at the Church for some days, was taken in pilgrimage to the Basilica.
