The Parish annual Seminar was held at the Conference Hall of the M.U.S.E.U.M, Male Section, on Sunday 16th June 2013. It started at 4.30 p.m. with vespers. Xaghra Archpriest, Mgr Carmelo Refalo introduced the Seminar. He was followed by the Parish Vicar, Fr Joseph Bajada, explaining the scope of the Seminar and by inviting the various Commissions to move to separate rooms where they were to evaluate each Commission's work during the last twelve months, any progress achieved and make proposals for the coming year. After a short tea break, the moderators of each Commission reported their findings and made proposals. Mgr Carmelo Refalo delivered the closing address followed by H.L. Mgr Mario Grech, Bishop of Gozo, delivering the concluding address. The Seminar ended with the Bishop imparting his apostolic Blessing on the participants at 7.30 p.m.
