On Saturday, 27th July 2013, the Komittiva Foundation held its 8th Annual BBQ Night. Ramla Valley was the venue providing the best atmosphere for such an activity. Many were those who turned up, among them emigrants from Canada and Australia just arrived for their holidays. Xaghra Archpriest, Mgr Carmelo Refalo and Xaghra Mayor, Mr Joseph Cordina honoured the activity with their presence. Food, all prepared by the energetic directors and members of the Komittiva Foundation, was delicious and in abundance. Live music was provided by the Komittiva Band complemented by popular Maltese songs brodcast by the couple Agius, John and Silvana. Francesca Zarb ably compered the evening.
