Day dedicated to emigrants. Especially invited were Xaghrin from the Nazzarenu Area but living outside from Xaghra and emigrants who were here for the Parish titular feast but extended their stay to take part in these festivities. Celebrant of today's mass was Fr Joseph Curmi, Vicar of the Parish of SS Peter and Paul (Nadur) assisted by the Rector of Nazzarenu Church Canon Anthony Refalo. All those taking an active part at Mass were emigrants. Singing was animated by the Nazzarenu Church Guitar Group. After Mass the emigrants were given a token memorandum of the celebration.
