This day, the Second Day of Triduum, was dedicated to Priests and People Consecrated to God. Concelebrated Mass, presided by the Rector Can Anthony Refalo Rapa, was in thanksgiving of his 25 th Anniversary of his Ordination to the priesthood and also Fr Joe Said's, from the Community of Nazzarenu but residing in Rome, Italy who was also celebrating his Silver Jubilee. With these two priests, Sr Giulitta Dalli was also celebrating her 50th Anniversary of making her Professional vows consecrating herself to God. Sr Dalli, hailing from Malta, has been serving the Nazzarenu Community for over twenty years. She is loved by the Community of Nazzarenu for her dedication and work for them all these years. Among the congregation were Can Refalo's mother Maria and many relatives of Sr Dalli, among whom were two priests concelebrating. Fr Joe Said's aunt was also present. With Mass nearing its end, His Lordship Mgr Mario Grech, Bishop of Gozo was greeted with applause when he unexpectedly joined the co celebrants. After speeches and reading of poems of the occasion, the Nazzarenu Community presented gifts to Can Refalo and Sr Giulitta. On behalf of the Nazzarenu Community, Rector Can Refalo presented a cash gift for the overseas missionary work of the Congregation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. On their part, the Congregation presented a gift to the Rector, Can Anthony Refalo Rapa. Congregation and all were then invited to a reception on the Church Parvis. Can Refalo and Sr Dalli cut a cake of their anniversaries with everybody singing them CONGRATULATIONS.
