Second Day of Novena, day dedicated to Xaghra expatriates. Mass was celebrated by Canon John Sultana, Rector of the Church of St. Anthony the Abbot. Co celebrating were Archpriest of Sannat, Fr Michael Curmi, himself born in Xaghra but now living away in Sannat, and Fr Joseph Bajada, Parish Vicar. Deacon Mario Curmi took part and read the Gospel. Mass animation, Readings and Mass offerings all involved Xaghra expatriates. Choir Voci Angeliche directed by Ms Grace Refalo with Mro Ivan Attard on the organ animated the singing. Celebration ended with the recitation of the hymn (Kurunella) dedicated to the Bambina and benediction with the Blessed Sacrament by Mgr Carmelo Hili, Rector of the Church of Our Lady of Mt Carmel in Ta' Hamet.
