One of the Festa days is dedicated to the Emigrant. Every year many emigrants arrive for the festa and this year it was no exception with many coming from all five continents and attending for Mass which was celebrated by Fr Joe Said, himself an emigrant in Italy where he is the parish priest in charge of an Italian Parish. Emigrants took an active part during Mass. Before the Offertory they approached the High Altar carrying various flags depicting the country they came from.
