The Xaghra Local Council in close collaboration with the Society 'Ghaqda il-Milied Fix-Xaghra' and Ghaqda Armar 1973, for the second year running, put up Christmas Lights in the gateway to Xaghra, 8th September Avenue. This year's design is different from last year's but just as beautifully laid out matching last year's. The Xaghra Local Council is covering the full cost of these lights. Pictures show the lights being put up by the contractor on the 7th and the lights switched on Monday 8th of December which was the target date.
