The Ghaqda tan-Nar 1973 ought to be congratulated for presentning a grand display of aerial fireworks. Pictures show very little of the work involved to prepare for the show. Let off from Nuffara Hill on the side facing Xaghra, thousands lined the road to Xaghra and took all vantage points at the end of 8th September Avenue to enjoy the spectacle from bottom to top.
