The Solemnity of the Feast of the Nativity of Our Lady, Il Bambina, started Sunday 7th September 2008 with the Translation. The reliquary of the Madonna was carried by H.L. Bishop Mario leaving the Oratory at 6.30 p.m. It went round Victory Square accompanied by the Victory Band. In Church Orchestra and soloists under the direction of Mro. Fr Salv Galea O.P. was waiting for the procession. The same orchestra will be performing on Feast Day, Monday 8th September in the morning and in the evening with the addition of Jesus of Nazareth Choir.
